From buying the sofa to the delivery, we had a great experience. Sofas are a steal for the price we paid for a 3, 2 and electric recliner + 2 stools. Sam and Ben delivered them in perfect time, just an hour after our old sofa was taken by BHF to be given a new home. They both went above and beyond the get the sofas into the lounge, as they were too big for the front door. Without an issue, they carried them above our back gate and narrow walk way into our garden and through the conservatory doors. I wasn’t even there for the delivery, my partner’s dad was and he was very impressed in both how they went about their business and also the quality of sofas Would recommend to anyone and will definitely use them again in future. ~ Andrew H
After visiting all the named branded stores, we couldn't find exactly what we were looking for but after visiting S2 SOFAS we soon found the sofa for us. and at a much reduced price than the branded stores for the same sofa.....a special thank you to Amanda in the Rotherham store at which we spent ages, she was so patient and very helpful, we then went onto Maltby and was helped by Luke who was also very patient.. we would also like to thank Luke for the fast delivery due to us sitting on Sun loungers... we would also like to thank the delivery driver who was very good at his job.. we have already recommended S2 SOFAS to many people. keep up the good work and praise to all of you, It was definitley worth the visit for us anyway... many thanks Mr and Mrs Ashworth ~ Andrea A
It was a long drive down to Rotherham from Windermere but well worth it, the S2 Sofas building is crammed full of an amazing choice of Leather/Fabric Settees and Chairs in every colour and shade you can imagine. I wandered all over the 4 floors at will and once my choice was made they answered all my questions and connected power to demonstrate my settee recliners working etc. Delivery date was set with confirmation phone call the day before and Sam & Trev arrived on time to set up my L shaped recliner Settees. They were extremely careful and polite and didn't damage any paintwork. My old furniture was also removed with the same professional expertise. From start to finish a very pleasant experience. ~ Chris G
