After visiting all the named branded stores, we couldn't find exactly what we were looking for but after visiting S2 SOFAS we soon found the sofa for us. and at a much reduced price than the branded stores for the same sofa.....a special thank you to Amanda in the Rotherham store at which we spent ages, she was so patient and very helpful, we then went onto Maltby and was helped by Luke who was also very patient.. we would also like to thank Luke for the fast delivery due to us sitting on Sun loungers... we would also like to thank the delivery driver who was very good at his job.. we have already recommended S2 SOFAS to many people. keep up the good work and praise to all of you, It was definitley worth the visit for us anyway... many thanks Mr and Mrs Ashworth

1st class service and value. Originally we were a bit dubious about buying sofa and chairs from the Internet, but we took a day out to view and it was well worth it. Luke was very accomodating and stored our sofa until were ready for it. Purely by chance, a few days before delivery, I saw 2 G-Plan chairs on the website, exactly what we were looking for. Luke agreed to send them with the sofa on the understanding we would have have them if they were what we expected. We were kept upto date with delivery times. Terry, the delivery driver was spot-on, setting the items up and explaining all we needed to know.
I don't usually bother with reviews, but I think this service was exceptional and truly merits it

It was a long drive down to Rotherham from Windermere but well worth it, the S2 Sofas building is crammed full of an amazing choice of Leather/Fabric Settees and Chairs in every colour and shade you can imagine. I wandered all over the 4 floors at will and once my choice was made they answered all my questions and connected power to demonstrate my settee recliners working etc.
Delivery date was set with confirmation phone call the day before and Sam & Trev arrived on time to set up my L shaped recliner Settees. They were extremely careful and polite and didn't damage any paintwork. My old furniture was also removed with the same professional expertise.
From start to finish a very pleasant experience.

From buying the sofa to the delivery, we had a great experience. Sofas are a steal for the price we paid for a 3, 2 and electric recliner + 2 stools.
Sam and Ben delivered them in perfect time, just an hour after our old sofa was taken by BHF to be given a new home. They both went above and beyond the get the sofas into the lounge, as they were too big for the front door. Without an issue, they carried them above our back gate and narrow walk way into our garden and through the conservatory doors.
I wasn’t even there for the delivery, my partner’s dad was and he was very impressed in both how they went about their business and also the quality of sofas
Would recommend to anyone and will definitely use them again in future.

Superb showroom, this was so much more than we expected. Four floors of branded sofas with exceptional choice available immediately - no long wait times like others. Very friendly and knowledgeable sales adviser, no pressure and nothing was too much trouble. They offered an excellent price when we finally decided which sofa to buy and good value delivery rates. Delivery was arranged within 3 days and delivery drivers Jamie and Trevor wrapped the sofa before loading and took the sofa to our chosen room, very careful, friendly and helpful service. Very helpful, knowledgeable & happy to take time in answering my queries. This was my first purchase & I was apprehensive as found S2 Sofas on ebay & hadn't heard of them prior. After a day of telephone & email communications with Luke, delivery was booked in for 4 days later. I was given a 2 hour timeslot the day before & the delivery men called my 15 minutes before they were due to arrive on the day. The 2 delivery men were kind & helpful. They delivered with speed. I like this company. They do what they say they will & when they say they will. A company that honours it's word & takes customer service seriously. Thank you Luke & the Team at S2 Sofa's. Having worked in sales, customer care and business development all of my working lifetime, I was extremely impressed with everything that S2 did.
From the moment I e-mailed my inquiry and was answered by Luke, most professionally and quickly, the whole process ran as smoothly as a well-oiled machine!
I was kept informed of every stage of the process, was given a delivery date on a Sunday to help me out.
Jamie & Sam duly arrived bang on time. They were both extremely efficient, polite and professional and installed the new sofa without incident and removed my old one.

I'm so glad I found this store. We picked up a great bargain and are really happy with the sofa we chose. The customer service from Luke and the team was first rate. They were amazingly patient when my bank decided to block the payment and were happy to wait whilst I sorted this (not that I don't appreciate the solid fraud protection policy). The follow-up service was also exemplary; Luke kept me well informed every step of the way. The delivery team were really friendly and efficient, installing the sofa exactly where we wanted it, ensuring the reclining mechanisms worked, and happily taking the time to show me how to dismantle it for cleaning.

Excellent choice of sofas in stock, and they had the exact one we'd been looking for at a great price.
When we ordered the sofa there was a small hiccup in that we were too far away for delivery, due to it being an in-house delivery team and the distance. However Luke couldn't have been more helpful and was able to recommend a company called Shiply who were able to collect from S2 and deliver the sofa to us.
Throughout the process Luke and the team were so helpful, responded quickly to any queries we, or the delivery company, had and made sure everything went smoothly.
The sofa is excellent and the customer service was first rate. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent service from S2 Sofas. Price and quantity of products makes them our first port of call when looking for sofas and armchairs. We were recommended them by a friend who told us how good they were and after much research we could not find a better deal. The fact they are in Rotherham and we are in West Sussex was not a problem we negotiated a deal for delivery and in under two weeks we had the sofa delivered all the way from Yorkshire. The delivery drivers Jamie and Trev could not have been more helpful carrying in the sofa and setting it up in the room. The staff we spoke to on the phone were also very helpful and friendly. I can’t recommend S2 Sofas highly enough.

Forgive the long post but so impressed wirh S2Sofas.
Very cautious about buying sofas online but needn't have worried - professional service from first enquiry to delivery. Saw a G PLAN set in their online store and they were happy to sell me just the items needed. Guy on the phone was always helpful, kept us up to date with delivery info, gave additional options but didn't push to sell, explained delivery process.
Sam & Ben delivered late in the evening after a very long day but were still bright and cheerful making sure everything was right before leaving. Well done lads.
Furniture is absolutely perfect at a fraction of the price from elsewhere.

Due to the distance from us in Wembley, me and my husband was a bit reluctant to visit but after reading the reviews we decided to take the drive to take a look around the shop. The shop was nice and warm and neatly laid out, we didn’t feel pressured at all into buying anything. We were given enough time to look for what we wanted and had plenty of help from the sales assistant Amanda. We ended up leaving with a lovely sofa that we really look forward to having delivered the following Sunday. Amanda was lovely and we had a good laugh with her all the while she remained professional. Highly recommended and the delivery was quick and reliable. 10/10!

I can't remember how I came across S2 sofas but I'm really glad we did. We travelled from Market Drayton Shropshire which is about 2 - 2 1/2 hours away after we looked on the website. There's 4 floors so plenty of choice to choose from. We weren't hassled by anyone whilst we looked around but help was available when we needed to know something. Everything is laid out great and shop staff were brilliant. We went for a pair of G plan sofa's and a couple of footstools. We were kept well informed of the delivery day and time. On the day of delivery the lads rang us and gave us a ETA. Owen and Will the delivery lads were very helpful and respectful of the property and furniture and placed the sofa's where we wanted them. Both lads were brilliant. I can highly recommend S2 sofas you won't be disappointed and we would definitely use them again. Thanks to everyone at S2 sofas

I was really worried about buying a sofa that I was unable to view before delivery but the people at S2sofas were so helpful and reassuring that I decided to go ahead. So glad I did. Service was second to none right from start to finish and the sofa was great. Lovely quality and looks brilliant in our living room. The two guys that delivered it to us could not have been more helpful or accommodating. I have to mention them by name - Jamie and Trev - as they were two genuinely lovely people and were so careful getting the sofa in and making sure it was exactly where we wanted it, nothing was too much trouble. The service you will receive from this company will be exceptional. I contacted Luke at S2 sofas in Rotherham and explained to him exactly what I was looking for as I wasn't able to visit the store during lockdown. Luke helped me to pick a sofa and armchair from their vast stock and given his honesty and the information he gave me, when my sofa and chair turned up I was delighted it was exactly what I thought it was going to be. This company has a vast range of sofas at discounted prices from all the major brands. Often they are cancelled orders from customers so nothing wrong with the stock. I live in London and bought my sofa and chair from Rotherham I ordered a shipping service from a company called Shiply which cost me £93. I bought the sofa on Thursday and it was delivered to my home by 9am two days later. You cant say better than this.

Just popped in to S2 sofas in the hope of finding a comfortable sofa for our conservatory and we were delighted to find exactly what we wanted at a great price. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, no pushy sales, we were able to wander around the large showroom at leisure and when we wanted help they were there to answer our questions and advise us. This is the 2nd time I've bought from S2 Sofas, on this occasion I didn't even look elsewhere, I went straight to the S2 Sofa website and found exactly what I wanted at an amazing price.
Their website is full of beautiful high quality furnishings at amazing prices, the staff are so helpful and knowlegeable but there's absolutely no pushy sales people, they genuinely want visitors and customers (both new and old) to be 100% happy.
Everything shown on the website is in stock for you to view in person and it's safely delivered within days.
My order today was delivered by Sam & Ben, they had to deliver to my 2nd floor flat, unfortunately there's no lift but they still expertly negotiated the stairs with absolutely no problem, it mustn't have been an easy job for them but they were totally professional, helpful and friendly, all credit to them!

Absolutely delighted with my experience in purchasing a Parker Knoll 3 seater sofa
It was delivered by two very polite well mannered young men named Sam and Perry who did an excellent job of getting a heavy sofa into my house and in to position in my living room which wasn’t easy with all the twists and turns. They were very patient and respectful of my house didn’t bang or crash into anything. It made buying a sofa a lovely experience incidentally the sofa was absolutely gorgeous. It was everything that the advertisement said that it would be so comfortable best sofa I’ve ever had and I’ve had a few. Thank you, Sam and Perry.

We'd been after a good quality sofa for a while to go in our kitchen. Visited numerous big named national stores locally but when we looked online we were shocked at the large amount of bad reviews in regards to quality & customer service.
I somehow stumbled on S2 Sofas - what a stroke of luck.
We ordered a leather sofa over the phone without even seeing it but felt confident from the photos online and after speaking to Luke on the phone.
We've taken delivery today and wow it goes perfectly - the quality is top notch and it's so very comfortable. At a reasonable price too so to say we are super happy is an understatement.
Jamie & Sam who were our delivery guys were very proffessional & friendly. A credit to the company.
Overall we can highly recommend S2 Sofas without any hesitation.

What terrific service today from S2Sofas, the friendly service from Jamie and Sam who phoned ahead and then delivered my new sofas and removed my old sofas with such speed and efficiency it took my breath away. Both Jamie and Sam were so polite and helpful, positioning my new sofas just where I wanted them, and on top of that they found my ring that I’d lost a few days back, under my my old sofa cushion, I was so chuffed I could have hugged them. S2Sofas should be deservedly proud of these two lovely guys. Also a big thank you for Luke for helping me with my purchase. I will most definitely recommend S2Sofas.

Found two separate sets that I could choose from and made a decision. The staff were awesome, didn’t follow you around annoying the hell out of you. Perry & Ben delivered our suite and were so polite and lovely, even asking if they should take their shoes off as they were moving the settee/chair from the van. Will definitely recommend and will be back when we need any settees, footstools or armchairs! Best place we’ve ever been and at a really decent price for high quality branded furniture. Blown away!!!
